A well established legal practice are continuing to expand their residential property team. Currently employing Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers in a healthy and busy department undertaking a mix of sales, purchases, lettings, plot sales, new build, equity release and remortgage work. As an experienced residential conveyancer who may be a solicitor, legal executive or paralegal, you will be required, with support and the infrastructure, to offer clients the best possible service being cost effective, efficient and accurate. Furthermore, you will be required to develop contacts with third parties such as financial advisors, brokers, estate agents, lenders, builders and developers. In return, the successful residential conveyancer will be awarded an attractive salary package. Minimum 2 years experience case handling your own files.
