Position - Criminal Litigation Solicitor
Criminal Law/Solicitor/Criminal Litigation/Regulatory Law/White Collar Crime/Serious Fraud/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor to join the London office of a multi-service law firm. The firm have a very well developed and Partner led Criminal Defence and Prosecutions department. Due to an increase in workload the firm are now looking to bring make a qualified Solicitor hire. As such the firm are looking for Solicitors that hold Police Station and Duty Accreditation and that have exposure to work involving complex business related fraud cases. The firm would also be looking for a Solicitor that has exposure to financial and criminal regulatory work. In turn this a great opportunity for a Solicitor that is comfortable running their own cases involving complex business fraud and are now looking for a move to a forward thinking firm that specialises within this particular area of law. The firm invest heavily in their own infrastructure leaving Solicitors with more time for casework and have a growing London practice that leaves open opportunities for career progression and development in a highly rated Criminal fraud environment.


Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Police Station accreditation.
- Casework experience on business fraud crime cases.
- Experience covering Criminal Regulatory cases.
