A new opportunity has opened for a Paralegal to work within the Residential Conveyancing team of a multi-office, multi-discipline legal practice in Luton. With this in mind the firm are now looking for an experienced Paralegal who can handle their own caseload of sales and purchases files, experience in working with case management systems to work under the supervision of one of their qualified fee earners. In turn this is a great opportunity to work with an established law firm with a stable and growing Conveyancing department that has a history of investing in the training and development of their staff.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Able to run your own caseload of sales and purchases files for leasehold and freehold properties.
- Ideally some experience in handling remortgages cases.
- Experience in working with a case management system.
