Commercial Property Solicitor - £40k to £50k - Northamptonshire

Progressive and accommodating Northamptonshire practice seeks Commercial Property Solicitor to head their Property Department.

The successful applicant will have conduct of a broad and stimulating caseload of complex commercial property matters focusing on acquisitions, disposals and leases for both landlords and tenants. In addition to commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant work there will be the opportunity to handle deal with a small volume of complex residential conveyancing transactions.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 is on offer, although candidates with higher salary expectations will be considered on a case by case basis.

For this position we are looking for a commercially minded Solicitor with technical ability and client facing skills comensurate of that of a 5 year + PQE Solicitor.
