Thriving East Midlands practice seeks ambitious Employment Solicitor to join high flying team as an Associate.

The successful applicant will inherit a busy and varied employment caseload and act for a broad range of commercial clients. The caseload will include TUPE, restrictive covenants, discrimination and employment tribunal matters.

In order to be considered for this position your technical knowledge, practical abilities and client facing skills will be developed to a sophisticated level - commensurate with a 5 year + PQE solicitor.

The firm is looking for an outgoing, positive individual who is able to develop and maintain profitable client relationships. Whilst not essential, the ability to bring clients to the firm is highly desirable and candidates with a loyal client following will have their application fast tracked.
