Job Details
Sitting within the Commercial Insurance team, the EL/PL Paralegal will manage their own caseload of both fast track and multi track pre-litigated and litigated cases on behalf of a range of commercial and insurer clients.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ personal injury experience, ideally defending employers’ liability claims (workplace, public sector and healthcare). You will have also handled fast track pre litigated and litigated matters from inception through to conclusion.
