Senior Commercial Property Solicitor - Brighton/Shoreham
A senior commercial fee earner is required to work for a reputable local firm. You will be required to have sound knowledge of all aspects of commercial property law and practice and the requirements of lenders. A good knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules and Code of Conduct is essential. You will take on an existing caseload and have autonomy. There is also Partnership potential.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent client facing skills and be an effective communicator. Marketing ability, organisation skills and computer literacy are a must.
The ability to analyse problems rigorously showing sound and practical judgement and excellent written communication are essential as is the ability to work to deadlines under pressure of time. Supervision and training of others will be required.
Experience in private practice in a targeted environment would be most advantageous.
