Complex Injury Solicitor

My client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic 6-8 years PQE Solicitor to join our Complex Injuries team.

Experience of claimant clinical negligence and personal injury, management and an excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and Protocols are essential. Panel membership would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor with approximately 6 years + experience handling ideally Claimant multi track or catastrophic injury claims. You will have a background in at least one of the following areas: clinical negligence, industrial disease or catastrophic injury claims. You will be comfortable working on a case management system and will have the ability to work to targets. You will also have the creativity to take a leading role in the running of some of the more complex cases.

You will be committed to providing a high quality service and be serious about developing your career in this area. Previous experience of business development would be an advantage.

The team is client focused and exceeding client expectations is our top priority. You will therefore be motivated, organised and innovative.

A demanding but friendly and very flexible. Excellent IT skills are essential.
