SJC Legal is currently managing the recruitment process for a full service Regional law firm. The firm is looking to strengthen its residential conveyancing team due to rapid expansion with the addition of a residential conveyancing case assistant. My client offers an excellent training structure and has highlighted that it is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress within a reputable firm.

The Role

  • Assist the fee earners with the conveyancing transaction;
  • Ensure that all files managed by the fee earner are processed in a timely manner;
  • Handle the administrative work which includes dealing with post in the morning;
  • Build a strong relationship with the client when necessary;
  • Open the file under the supervision of the case handler; and
  • Assist between 1-2 fee earners at one time.

The Candidate skills

  • Have the ability to use case management systems;
  • Possess experience assisting cases from inception to completion;
  • Have excellent interpersonal skill;
  • The ability to deliver high levels of client service; and
  • Be well organised and have excellent time management.
