Licenced Conveyancer needed to join a Top Tier firm based in the West End of London. This highly successful firm is top ranked in Chambers UK, Chambers Global and the Legal 500. They are well know for acting for wealthy individuals, families, property owners and businesses both in the UK and internationally.
You will manage all aspects of residential conveyancing from initial instruction through to completions, dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties predominantly in London with an ability to deal with new build purchases and working on tight deadlines is essential.
As the ideal candidate you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Licenced conveyancer acting within a large regional/ city firm on High Value transactions.
