Fantastic opportunity for a talented individual looking to progress their career, to join my client's growing Contentious Trust and Probates Department who provide a nationwide service.

My client is a Top 100 law firm with a strong presence in South Wales. They offer a good work life balance, you will join a friendly and very supportive team environment plus they are a firm who actively invest in the careers of their staff.


The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor who has 3 years or more post qualification experience in Contentious Trust and Probates.

Experience in dealing with a broad range of client work, including advising trustees, executors, beneficiaries and charities on the resolution of disputes. The work will involve leading litigation in Trust disputes, probate disputes, Inheritance Act claims in addition to contentious Court of Protection matters.

ACTAPS and/or STEP qualifications are desirable but not essential.
