Working closely with experienced Court of Protection specialists, you will be tasked with handling your own challenging caseload of a variety of Court of Protection matters to include applications for the appointments of Deputies, Statutory Will Applications and the administration of financial affairs for those who are lacking the relevant capacity. This will be achieved by liaising with a variety of bodies such as financial advisors, case managers and working closely with the firms' Litigation Team.

You will either be an NQ or have up to 2 years' PQE in dealing with either Court of Protection and/or Private Client matters. Equally, the firm is happy to hear from fully or part qualified Legal Executives with the requisite experience to meet the demands of the role.

A competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package is on offer which includes 25 days' holiday with the option to buy more days, private health care, life assurance and an abundance of corporate discounts.

This is a great opportunity for those whose career is in its infancy and who want to gain experience at a top tier firm that can offer exposure to quality work. The firm actively encourages professional development and you will quickly enhance your skill set meaning that you can progress swiftly, perhaps into a supervisory role or onto dealing with more technically challenging matters.
