The firm is seeking to recruit an experience Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.

You will be joining an experienced Commercial Property team that act on a variety of different commercial transactions including asset management, acquisitions and disputes. The team act for a wide variety of clients including businesses, individuals, leading house builders and developers, retailers, lenders and local authorities. The Commercial Property team have very detailed knowledge and experience of the market and work closely with the Property Disputes team.

• You will have at least 2 years PQE experience in Commercial Property
• You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong and lasting partnerships with clients
• Enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
