Working within the highly regarded Dispute Resolution team, you will be responsible for your own caseload of contractual disputes whilst also supporting the partner with high value, complex multi track disputes incorporating both commercial and property litigation.
 
The role will suit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 1 PQE+ with a good grounding in all aspects of commercial litigation to include shareholder disputes, professional negligence and ADR.  It is essential you have a sound knowledge of the CPR and the ability to form strong client relationships and network across the North East region and beyond.
