Our client is a regional firm with multiple offices in Yorkshire
They are recruiting for a Head of Department to manage our Family team based at city centre York office. The work will include providing legal advice, assistance and representation to clients on Family matters such as Children Act Work (Private Law only), high level financial disputes, divorce, Financial Remedy proceedings, injunctions and co- habitee disputes.
The ideal candidate will have previous senior management experience, be able to demonstrate strong business development skills, have had responsibility for departmental targets and setting budgets and show excellent client care provision. Membership of Resolution is essential and Membership of the Collaborative Law group is desirable.
