Litigation Solicitor

This boutique firm based in Wells, Somerset is recruiting for its litigation team and looking for you!

This will be a broad role, mainly advising on employment and property litigation matters. As a Litigation Solicitor, you will act for both employers and employees in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, as well as advising on: 

• commercial contractual disputes
• partnership disputes
• building disputes
• consultancy agreement disputes
• intellectual property disputes

There may also possibly be some contentious probate and court of protection work. 

Ideally, you should have at least 2 years’ experience as a qualified litigation solicitor. Candidates who enjoy business development and marketing are encouraged to apply, as you will be encouraged to build new business from time to time.
