Commercial Property Solicitor
A Bedfordshire law firm requires a commercial property solicitor to join a commercial property team. The successful commercial property solicitor will have gained experience in Commercial Property transactional work. The commercial property solicitor with work on a mixed case load of work including experience of Landlord and Tenant transactional matters, some development related work and freehold, leasehold sales and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions and secured lending. Salary dependent upon experience.
