Personal Injury Fee Earner. A personal injury fee earner is required by a claimant personal injury claimant fee earner to work in Leeds on a 6 month fixed term contract. The personal injury fee earner will be required to manage a case load of fast track non-portal cases including disease (portal) work under supervision.

Experience:

A good knowledge of personal injury law.
A good understanding of civil procedure rules on evidence, litigation process and funding.
Ability to assess and advise on evidence, liability and quantum.

Qualifications:

Law degree or common Professional examination/Graduate Diploma in law or experience of equivalent standing.

Salary:

£29,000 - £34,000 pro rata
