Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer. A residential conveyancer is required by a Hampshire law firm to work in their residential conveyancing department. This residential conveyancing role is commutable from Portsmouth, Fareham, Waterlooville and Chichester. The successful residential conveyancer will have previous experience of managing a case load of sale and purchase residential conveyancing transactions. The residential conveyancing role will require the maintaining and development of business contacts with agents, developers, financial advisers and mortgage/financial institutions. The residential conveyancer may be a qualified solicitor, CILEx, Legal Executive or licensed conveyancer. Salary dependent upon experience.
