Job Details
An experienced commercial solicitor, with upwards of 5 years PQE, is being sought by a firm in Northampton who is looking to grow their commercial team.
The successful candidate will be expected to handle a caseload of commercial matters including mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, business setups and restructuring.
You will be joining a small team of 2 company commercial lawyers currently within the firm and so this is a position that someone can have a genuine influence on the future of the department. The firm enjoys a solid reputation in Northamptonshire and there is a steady flow of good quality commercial work coming into the department. This is a key strategic hire for the firm as the person they bring on board will become a key figure in the growth and development of the department. Therefore it is envisaged that the successful candidate will be ambitious to progress and help grow the department by actively getting involved in the business development side of things.
The salary for this position will be based on experience as part of a competitive benefits scheme.
