Job Details
Top tier, global law firm are seeking a NQ for their real estate litigation team based in Leeds.
The team advises on all property related disputes and portfolio management issues. Lawyers work on major matters for large organisations and amongst their clients are Network Rail & Morrison's. The team also boasts specialist expertise in property related judicial review, telecoms and Equality Act issues. In all cases they are supported by the resources of an international firm and an award winning project management system that allows them to deliver better results for clients.
You will form an integral part of an energetic team of specialist real estate litigation lawyers who, on a national level, combine to field a team of 60+ lawyers specialising in this challenging and rewarding area of law. Whilst a supportive and structured approach will be given to supervision, knowledge management and personal development, all team members must possess a can do' approach. You will be expected to take on a client facing role from the outset; whether assisting on large complex cases for top 100 FTSE clients or running your own busy caseload for smaller yet equally demanding businesses. The role involves working on a broad range of property related problems for occupiers, investors and developers. Upon joining, you will be involved in all aspects of contentious property issues. You will also be involved in client management, business development issues, marketing and selling.
