An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Litigation Locum to join an In-House Legal department in Leeds on a Contract basis. They are looking for a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract for 9-12 months.
Day to day duties:
- Handling a general civil litigation caseload from inception to completion
- Dealing with housing litigation, housing disrepair, ASBOs, repossessions and debt recovery matters
- Negotiating on Litigation
- Attending Court
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Qualified Legal Executive that holds a current practicing certificate. The successful candidate must have previous experience within Housing Litigation.
