Clinical Negligence Partner / Senior Associate

A new opportunity has arisen for Clinical Negligence Senior Associate / Partner to join a Top 100 full service firm based from their Cardiff City Centre offices. Salary dependant on experience. 

Working in and with the support of the highly regarded team, you will handle your own caseload of a wide range of Clinical Negligence / Medical Negligence matters from a claimant perspective. 

Applications are invited from Associate / Senior Associate to partner level from 7 years PQE, who will have either specialised in clinical negligence or where clinical negligence has formed a significant proportion of your wider Personal Injury experience. Claimant experience will be a strong advantage, though candidates with defendant experience only will be considered, depending on the type and variety of cases you have dealt with. You will have excellent client care skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
