In-House Property Litigator

Are you an experienced Property Litigator looking to move in-house? 

We have an opportunity for you to leave behind the time recording, move on from the demands of business development and marketing and join a friendly in-house legal team in north London.

As the successful Property Litigation Solicitor you will be based in a small legal team, under the guidance of a very experienced Property Litigator that has worked for leading City and Regional firms. The team deal with the work arising from a large property management company.

Of particular interest are candidates that:

- Are qualified Solicitors with 1-5PQE (more experienced candidates and exceptional Legal Executives are welcome to apply)

- Have County Court advocacy experience (essential)

- Are confident practitioners; in particular with experience of Section 8 & Section 21
