Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor – London WC2

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a senior associate or equivalent to join our award winning boutique private client firm, in central London. We advise families and individuals on a wide range of matters including succession and wealth planning, trusts, asset and business holding structures and philanthropy.

Our USP is our client service, so you must be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and good communication skills. You will be working on a variety of UK based matters to support senior partners and there is scope for you develop a client base over time. You must be able to work with light supervision and delegate to and supervise the work of junior associates and paralegals and work closely with our trust administration team.

We operate a flexible working hours system and a friendly and comfortable working environment.

The specialisms required to perform the work include, but are not limited to:

  • Advising on the establishments of and administration of trusts,
  • Advising Landed Estates in particular on the availability of Business Property Relief and Agricultural Property Relief,
  • Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorneys, English Law Trusts and supplementary documentation,
  • Setting up investment companies and alternative holding structures to hold family wealth,
  • Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and the taxation of UK trusts.
