My Client is a leading In House law firm with a strong presence across the UK, who are looking for an experienced Probate Field Sales Consultant to add to their Stockport office. The role offers a salary paying up to £32,800 as well as an excellent benefits package and a company car.

My client is one of the leading in house law firms within the UK who are looking to recruit a Probate Consultant due to their continued growth and expansion. Working for this forward-thinking firm, there is a pleasant working environment along with opportunities for progression and development within their ever-expanding probate team.

As Probate Consultant, you will have the chance to meet face to face with our customers within your region and elaborate how CLS can aid them and turn leads into sales, while providing a fixed fee quotation. You will be expected to attend a minimum of 10 meetings per week.

It is essential for successful candidates to have had previous experience of face to face sales within a legally regulated environment. It would be extremely beneficiary if this was within probate. You should demonstrate an ability to show empathy to customers in difficult situations and identify referral opportunities to other areas of CLS. You will have a passion for helping customers, be able to work with little or no supervision and demonstrate an ability to recognise when legal advice is needed. To go along with this, you should be a confident communicator and have exemplary organisational skills.

The working hours are Monday - Friday with one Saturday per period, you will also be required to work two evenings per week.
