£46,646 - £49,619 p.a. (plus a welcome payment of £4,000 and a market forces payment of £4,000 p.a)

We are looking for an experienced property lawyer and manager to lead the Property law team. You will be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister/Chartered Legal Executive with significant post – qualification experience in Property law, ideally including Local Government experience and a successful track record of managing a team of lawyers.

In addition to personally handling the Council’s more complex property transactions, you will play a key role in the management of the Group, promoting its services and leading on the delivery of high quality, cost effective legal services to the County Council, its Members and Officers.
