A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a progressive and collegiate national firm for an NQ-5 PQE commercial solicitor to join its team based in Leeds.

The firm has an established Commercial Projects/PFI team and a good reputation in their field. They act for a broad range of private and public sector clients across a number of sectors including health, education, and social care. The firm is popular with lawyers who want a quality offering without the 'big firm mentality' and hence the majority of lawyers at this practice have backgrounds with Top 50 firms, which includes those members of the projects team.

They are now looking to add an additional solicitor, and ideally that will be at NQ-5 PQE level. The role is part of a national team operating from several locations with strength in depth across a range of skills including M&A, joint ventures, technology, projects, outsourcing and other commercial work. A suitable applicant will have had some exposure to commercial projects or PFI work thus far, and importantly will have a genuine interest in this niche area of law. Candidates who have had some exposure to public sector work and healthcare sector clients would be of particular interest. Competitive remuneration and benefits package.
