£38,237 - £43,821 p.a. (plus a welcome payment of £3,000)
We have an exciting opportunity within a small established team. This role will suit an individual who is a qualified lawyer who wants to continue with their career in Education and Local Government. Equally this role will appeal to candidates who are newly qualified and would like to pursue a career in Education and Local Government.
Your main responsibilities will include advising the Client Department and those that subscribe to the Education Helpline on the implications of changing legislation, case law, codes of practice and policy, making recommendations as to improvements in practice and procedure, attending professionals meetings, Tribunal and Court.
