Job Details
Our client a prestigious legal practice is seeking to appoint a Construction Litigation Associate / Solicitor to join their head offices in Central Cardiff.
The firm have an unrivalled reputation in the Welsh legal market, handling both domestic and international construction law matters.
Working alongside the Head of Construction and Disputes Partners you will focus on the continued development of the construction disputes work currently undertaken by the firm.
Applications are encouraged from construction litigation professionals with experience of adjudication, litigation and arbitration; a good working knowledge of the range of forms of contract including NEC3, JCT, government frameworks and FIDIC; extensions of time, delay and liquidated damages disputes; defective works; and the scope and duties of construction professionals etc.
It is expected for applicants of this level of experience to have a client following and business plan, however we would be interested in hearing from you if you do not have a following but a desire to engage in business development.
