Paralegal / Legal Executive – Family & Childcare – Bristol

A leading legal practice is seeking to appoint a Paralegal / Legal Executive to join the Family Team in Bristol. The Family Team deal with childcare matters, complicated family disputes and cases with international elements.

The role will be to support a Partner who represents children, guardians, parents, grandparents, and foster carers, and is involved in Court of Appeal and Supreme Court cases.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have gained exposure to handling family & childcare matters and be confident in liaising with clients on a daily basis.

Experience working within a Family Team and experience of using case management systems is essential. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate 12 months experience of working within this legal discipline.

Exemplary client care skills are essential for this role, due to the nature of the work, handling sensitive client matters.
