Construction NQ Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Construction Solicitor, preferably NQ - 2 years PQE, to join the In-house legal team of a market leading business based in the London. This represents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Construction Solicitor to gain experience in a fast-growing and developing industry, providing the stepping stone for a successful career In-house. Salary will be dependent on experience and PQE level.

Our client is already recognised as the leaders in their field and having recently opened various new offices across the UK, is looking to expand their legal function in the London. Working in a team of Commercial, Commercial Property, and Construction solicitors of all levels, you will work closely with a Senior Solicitor in the provision of general construction and development advice to the business; negotiating and advising on construction contracts, liaising with clients, agreements for lease and sale, financing and security, due diligence and working on large projects.

The ideal candidate would be an NQ, having either trained In-house or in Private Practice, but seeking a fast paced career working in a commercial environment. Candidates with more experience will be considered, and those up to 2 years PQE are encouraged to apply. Applicants must demonstrate strong communication skills and will have the ability to influence and negotiate with external parties and internal stakeholders.
