Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor

An ambitious regional law firm is looking to recruit a civil & commercial litigation solicitor, with experience dealing with SMEs, into its Chesterfield based practice.
 
The firm has a large client base of commercial clients, and deals with a wide range of contentious matters including contract disputes, building disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, and landlord and tenants commercial and residential.   
 
This role will suit a civil & commercial litigation solicitor looking to move away from the city centre firms, but maintain a good standard of work. The firm places high value on its staff and maintains high retention rates due to its long-held commitment to supporting professional development and creating an enjoyable and positive work environment. You will be required to meet with clients within their company offices across Chesterfield, Nottingham, Sheffield and Mansfield, so will need your own transport to get about. You will be a civil & commercial litigation solicitor with NQ - 4 years’ post qualification experience. Newly qualified solicitors will have an extensive background in litigation matters at paralegal level.
