FAMILY/CHILDCARE LAWYER
Our clients are seeking a Solicitor with good experience gained within Childcare work.
You would be joining a busy and respected team handling public law, care and supervision, EPOs, Interim Care Orders, special guardianship and adoption, and private law to include rule 16.4 appointments for children. You will have the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team, and you will need to demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication and advocacy skills. A good knowledge of child care and family law is required, as is a professional yet compassionate approach to your work.
