Property Litigation – NQ Solicitor

Our nationally renowned client provides advice on the full range of contentious property issues. Working with a nationwide team of around 40 fee earners specialising in pure contentious work, the team have a widely deserved reputation for the provision of excellent service.  Our clients include a number of FTSE 250 household names, across a range of sectors including transport and infrastructure, leisure, energy and charities.

This is a genuine opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor to work alongside a Chambers ranked partner advising clients on a wide range of substantial contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes.
