The Service is a large provider of specialist advice and representation across a range of social welfare law areas. We are looking for a three year post qualified Solicitor or Barrister to join our established Housing advice team.
HOUSING SOLICITOR/BARRISTER
21 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) Salary - Up to £30,000 p.a. pro rata dependent on experience
Based at our Head Office in Northampton you will provide a comprehensive Housing casework service including representation at court for clients eligible for Legal Aid. You will also contribute to the Service’s Housing Duty Possession Scheme and non eligible housing advice work as required. Further training on Housing Law will be available for suitable applicants. Travel to outreach venues is required so applicants must have use of a car.
