Nottingham Law School is a leading provider of legal education with an established record for delivering innovative and inspiring courses. As one of the largest UK law schools, we offer a range of undergraduate degrees, academic and practitioner postgraduate courses, and a strong research-degree programme.
The School is looking to appoint two practitioners for a fixed term period to focus on the postgraduate professional and practitioner law courses. A first and higher degree in Law and/or professional qualification as a solicitor or barrister in the jurisdiction of England and Wales and significant relevant post qualification experience of professional legal practice as a solicitor or barrister in the jurisdiction of England and Wales are essential.
Experience in the areas of civil litigation or criminal litigation, and/or intellectual property law is essential. In addition, ideally candidates should have an understanding of business law.
