Corporate Commercial paralegal role with international law firm, Surrey, Permanent, £Competitive

This international law firm covers the full spectrum of personal and business needs. The firm is looking for a paralegal to join their Corporate Commercial team in their Guildford office.

Your new role
You will provide transactional support to the team, including assisting with disclosure letters, due diligence reports, and ancillary documents. You will manage and compile electronic data rooms, bundles and completion bibles. You will be a point of contact for third parties, and will also support other teams within Corporate, as required. You will also carry out legal research, document review and administrative tasks such as printing, copying, and document management.

What you'll need to succeed
You are highly motivated and able to deal with conflicting requirements. You are committed to providing clients with a high quality service, and are a good team player. You also have good communication skills, strong IT skills and are highly organised, working to tight deadlines.
