THE FIRM:
Our client is a well-established Northern Home Counties regional law firm which is ranked in The Legal 500.
THE ROLE:
The firm has announced a vacancy for a residential property solicitor or a qualified conveyancer to join a growing team.
The work will involve handling a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold conveyancing, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, including transfers of equity, Rights To Buy and lease extensions.
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered for this role you will be a residential property solicitor or CILEX/CLC qualified conveyancer with 5+pqe conveyancing experience gained from an established national or regional firm.
A good understanding of handling work from pre-exchange, to exchange and from completion to post completion is essential for this post.
In return you'll be joining a busy, expanding and collegial team.
