Job Details

Corporate Paralegal. A corporate paralegal/assistant is required by a corporate and commercial team in Southampton. the successful corporate paralegal will a have a law degree and administration experience , gained within a legal environment. The corporate paralegal role will primarily provide outstanding administrative support to fee earners.


Corporate paralegal requirements:


Logical
Organised
Excellent attention to detail
Law degree
Legal practice experience
Legal administration experience
Good communication skills, both written and oral, and will be numerate
Type accurately at a reasonable speed
Knowledge of legal terminology, documentation and legal practices and will have a high level of IT skills in Case Management Systems, Microsoft Office suite and Accounts packages

The role:


Provide a high level administrative service to the corporate team
Undertaking tasks including report writing
Managing diaries
Arranging meetings
Drafting documentation as required.

Salary dependent upon experience.
