Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Solicitor - A Berkshire law firm with a fabulous client base including regional, national and internationally located companies, organisations and individuals. The level of service provided is equivalent to many city based law firms and the successful private client solicitor will be expected to have gained invaluable experience of at least 5 years PQE. The private client work will involve: Administering an Estates, Court of Protection, Creation and Administration of Trusts, Elderly Client Advice, Inheritance Tax (IHT), Power of Attorney, Contentious Wills, Contentious Trusts and Estates, Trust and Estate Accounting and Tax Management, Will drafting and Reviews. Salary dependent upon experience. The role is conveniently located in commuting distance of Reading, Bracknell, Ascot and Wokingham.
