Family Solicitor

I have the pleasure of working with a highly-regarded firm in Liverpool’s city centre, which is looking to appoint a new solicitor to its Family department.

This practice offers a wide range of services for its clients, including PI, family, employment law, and professional negligence.

My client’s Family team is a friendly bunch that supports and works closely together. The firm is offering the right family solicitor in Liverpool a competitive salary, plus great benefits, along with the opportunity for progression.

The role

The ideal legal candidate will have at least three years’ PQE, with child-panel membership. You’ll be experienced in managing public and private-funded work, and confident in your ability to handle sensitive matters.

Your caseload will be a varied one, and will include disputes over child custody and access, matters of parental responsibility, and applying for a prohibited steps order.

The experienced family solicitors at this Merseyside law firm also regularly deal with cases involving the appointment of legal guardians to represent the wishes of children, or incapacitated adults, during legal proceedings.
