Private Client Lawyer/Legal Executive ( Probate)

Working within their Probate department you will be required to provide first class administration support in the area of Wills, Trusts & Probate. You will be primarily involved in administering estates and trusts, which will involve administering all client files, liquidating assets and paying off liabilities of clients estates, preparing and distributing both estate and trust accounts, preparing inheritance tax computations as well as dealing with third parties such as the District Probate Registry, OPG, HMRC and the Land Registry. You will be required to manage your time autonomously to ensure deadlines and agreed performances are achieved, as well as maintain contact with clients .

You will be either a Private Clients Lawyer ( 1PQE+) or qualified Legal Executive (CILEX) who is committed to a career in Wills, Trust and Probate . With previous experience in these areas, you will have excellent literacy and numerical skills and be looking to continue your STEP membership.
