We are the voice of dentists and dental students in the UK.  We bring dentists together, support our members through advice and education, and represent their interests. This is a challenging and dynamic period for dentistry and the BDA is recruiting an Associate Director of Advisory Services.

It is responsible for coordinating and analysing advice to members on all relevant aspects of EU and UK law and regulations, maintaining a thorough knowledge of those affecting the dental profession.  The post holder will line manage a number of advisory service team managers.

The successful candidate should be a strategic thinker; have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and command respect among a team of experts and deal convincingly with senior stake holders; have a knowledge of a range of business advice areas and the ability to lead a diverse team; the ability to respond to a changing environment and contribute to strategies for membership recruitment, retention and growth.

Benefits include a generous company pension scheme, a childcare voucher scheme, cash back for various healthcare treatments, an employee assistance programme and subsidised gym membership.
