This forward thinking Legal 500 law firm have a proven track record for success in Sussex and are looking for a 4+ years experienced Employment Solicitor to join a busy Employment team, making this a key appointment. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder. You will have experience in advising commercial clients in redundancy and restructuring, restrictive covenants, corporate support work, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal and general employment matters. 
 
Your role as an Employment Solicitor will involve:
