Commercial Contracts Paralegal

Paralegal with commercial contracts experience required to join a UK distribution company in the West Midlands


Your new company

They now require a Paralegal with commercial contracts experience to join their legal team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Working along side and reporting directly into the General Legal Counsel, you be drafting, amending and dealing with commercial contracts such as standard hire agreements and procurement contracts. There will also be the opportunity to assist HR with Employment Law documents and potential to deal with Commercial property matters.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. You'll have a strong track record of drafting documents / contracts with the ability to communicate and build relationships with people of all levels as you will be dealing with contracts across the whole of the organisation.
