This firm is a multi-office regional firm based primarily in Northampton, but with offices in Northamptonshire and south Leicestershire. The firm is a great investor in people and envisages the successful candidate being progressed as quickly as possible through the ranks to qualification. They are a general service law firm that specialises in advising owner manages and large SME clients in and around the East Midlands on matters that may range from commercial contracts, company start-ups, shareholder and company formation issues, mergers and acquisitions, commercial investment to employment matters and commercial litigation. 

You will ideally be a paralegal with an eye on development and progression, and will be expected to have a diverse range of exposure to a number of different areas of commercial and corporate law. In this Commercial Paralegal role, you will be assisting 2 senior partners, and will be expected to be able to take a problem and run with it, with an abundance of energy that ensures you maximise your time by being efficient and proactive at all times. You will ideally have the required academic qualifications, including the LL.B/GDL and the LPC. 

In return, the successful commercial paralegal will receive a very respectable salary, 25 days + bank holidays holiday entitlement and free parking throughout their career with the firm. More importantly, you will be given a good mix of compelling work from the offset and given genuine chance to progress from day one.
