Job Details
Are you an experienced Corporate lawyer / PSL with public M&A, corporate finance and equity capital markets experience? This leading US firm has a long established and highly valued professional support function and has a vacancy for a Corporate PSL for 4 or 5 days a week.
THE ROLE
To support the public company practice through a wide range of PSL activities including: monitoring legal developments; current awareness; providing legal and practical expertise through assisting with queries and mentoring junior lawers; updating and creating standard forms and precedents; designing and delivering training and working with the marketing and business development teams as required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
This role requires at least 5pqe+ of solid legal experience in Corporate/M&A in a large City / international law firm including experience and market knowledge of public M&A, corporate finance and ECM. In addition to your excellent technical and drafting skills, this role requires high professional standards, commercial awareness and a client orientated approach.
