An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Locum to join the NHS in Yorkshire for a 6-12 month fixed term contract.
Day to day duties will include:
- Drafting legal terms and conditions
- Improving standard agreements to minimise risk and enhance clarity
- Negotiating and drafting contracts and schedule development
- Providing contractual advice, representing the NHS and dealing with conflict
The successful candidate will need knowledge surrounding:
- Relevant domestic legislation and EU directives and health policy
- NHS standard contracts and contractual requirements
- Data protection, Caldicott and Information government requirements
- Legal concepts such as indemnities, limitation of liability and intellectual property
