Leading Northampton practice now requires an ambitious Company Commercial solicitor at 5+ years PQE to join their Commercial Law team.

This trusted name regionally has a well-established commercial presence and you will have dealt with a good range of corporate and commercial work either as part of your training contract seats or as part of your post qualification experience.

Handling the full spectrum of commercial matters, you should have good negotiation skills, be comfortable drafting contracts and have an understanding of shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, commercial agreements, corporate transactions, acquisitions and disposals, franchise agreements, the full range of company commercial matters really.

You will be keen to test yourself against competing firms and will want to increase your profile and market share thorough your excellent flair for business development and networking. The firm does get out into the local community - and beyond - so your client facing skills should be second to none.
